Motivate is looking for a qualified and experienced Account Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day management of initiatives on a tactical, project level. The Account Manager is primarily an internal-facing role, which interacts with key individuals to facilitate initiatives through the lifecycle of the project. The Account Manager is the delivery services individual responsible for creating and maintaining project information, vendor management, project financials, facilitating project team meetings, reporting on project status and health, managing milestones, escalating issues, and assisting in issue resolution.

 

Qualifications:
 
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on agency experience with big brands, managing multiple projects with a strong focus on digital campaigns
  • The ability to understand, manage and schedule creative deliverables based on provided media plans
  • Highly proactive - you will need to own the projects you are managing and need to make sure that both our client and our teams are all well informed about their responsibilities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Be an instantly likable, approachable and friendly person with outstanding communication skills
  • Have a complete understanding of digital production processes coupled with a considerable and demonstrable knowledge of the digital space
  • High degree of organizational skills and ability to provide clear communication and support to all areas of production
  • Total confidence in your ability to forge new relationships, deal with clients and manage their expectations
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to pick things up at lightning speed
What You'll Do:
 
  • Works with Sales and Media team members to estimate costs and timing for tasks such as project strategy, functional design, visual design, technology requirements, etc.
  • Coordinate and participate in the on-boarding of new clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Client Outcomes & Professional Services, to ensure we are aligned on strategy and driving the best outcome on behalf of our customers
  • Develops objectives, strategies, plans, and presentations
  • Partner with other departments to ensure that all campaigns meet client expectations
  • Find opportunities to upsell current campaigns and communicate them effectively to clients
  • knowledge of Salesforce and Excel to prepare internal tracking documents and updates
  • Up-sell and renew existing campaigns/clients, with new, innovative, on-strategy ideas that focus on retention and growing business
