SENIOR DIGITAL MEDIA PLANNER – ASIAN SEGMENT LEAD

The Sr. Digital Media Planner/Asian Segment Lead has an exceptional understanding for the full media planning process – from strategy & media plan development to execution. This position will lead a number of accounts and also work in tandem with the Media Director. Responsibilities extend to all channels – traditional, digital and all other paid consumer touch points. Position provides great growth opportunities within a creative and integrated environment.

Qualifications:
 
  • 3-5 years of related experience in media planning, strategy, buying
  • Bilingual – English and Chinese++
  • Great attention to detail, track record of strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams and know who to engage with in order to create an efficient and smooth process
  • Ability to present effectively and persuasively to both internal and external audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple clients/assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as an expert on all media related programs:  comScore, Google Analytics, Simmons, and any 3rd party ad servers.
What You'll Do:
 
  • Strong communication skills are essential; maintaining the best possible relationship with clients, vendors and with all of internal agency teams
  • Full knowledge/understanding of digital media analytics; help guide digital planners/strategist to provide insightful/useful information to clients in a clear and concise way
  • Work closely with media team, guiding planners and helping to facilitate department collaboration and growth
  • Guide and lead to create effective and efficient agency tools and processes for the planning execution and management of paid media channels
  • Track record of developing, writing and presenting innovative and responsible communication plans to clients at all budget levels
  • A passion for staying abreast the ever-changing media landscape
  • Knowledge of the latest developments and the trends in the industry and informs peers of such developments
  • Strong negotiating skill for all non-broadcast media
  • Participate in new business pitches
